In my ongoing work consulting with businesses and non-profits I offer the Pro-Development ™ (Pro-D) assessment. 

PRO-Development is a framework to understand and develop people and teams. 
This framework helps to asses the Mission (passion of an individual), Competencies (their hard-wired abilities), and Style (how a person presents themselves).
Assessing a Person’s Mission, Competency and Style

PRO-Development is Comprehensive. 
Most tools only measure one or two dimensions, such as personality or competency.

PRO-Development measures the Convergence of multiple dimensions: 
  • Mission: - motivations and interests that excite an individual to action 
  • Competency: - abilities and aptitudes that enable action 
  • Style: - personality and behaviors that make an individual unique

PRO-Development provides leadership profiles and enables self-awareness of individuals to:
  • Maximize leadership effectiveness (existing and emerging leaders)
  • Creates high performance teams
  • Make smart candidate selection decisions
  • Determine “best fit” career choices

PRO-Development produces an astonishingly accurate perspective of how the different dimensions of mission, competency and style interact for the Person- Role - Organization.
