PRO-Development is a framework to understand and develop people and teams.
This framework helps to asses the Mission (passion of an individual), Competencies (their hard-wired abilities), and Style (how a person presents themselves).

Most tools only measure one or two dimensions, such as personality or competency.

measures the Convergence
of multiple dimensions:
- Mission: - motivations and interests that excite an individual to action
- Competency: - abilities and aptitudes that enable action
- Style: - personality and behaviors that make an individual unique

provides leadership profiles
and enables self-awareness of individuals to:
- Maximize leadership effectiveness (existing and emerging leaders)
- Creates high performance teams
- Make smart candidate selection decisions
- Determine “best fit” career choices

produces an astonishingly accurate perspective of how the different dimensions of mission, competency and style interact for the Person- Role - Organization.
